Online Check-In Errors?

I've got 4 days to go, checking into OKW. We booked through AAA.

I decided to start the Online Check-In today. I've never had an issue before, but today, each and every time I try to do it, I get the "Sorry, We've Encountered an Error" with Goofy. I've tried with Firefox, Chrome, Chrome on my phone, and the App.

The App said, "You're all set!" but when I went back on the app later, it just had a link to "Start Online Check-In" again.

Is anyone else having issues with Online Check-In?
Do you think it's because I booked through AAA?

My plans tomorrow morning obviously include calling WDW and then going to AAA to see if this all can be sorted out. I'm just curious to see if anyone is having issues.

Lots of reports here on the DIS of guests having issues checking in Online.

Most likely, no.

Good idea. As it's most likely a WDW thing, start with them.

We were there for two weeks with 3 different hotels in August - Online check-in gave us an error each time. Twice we were told it worked and once they said it didn't yet each time we got an error. Their whole system had issues when we were there.

Good to know it isn't just me, then. I've seen messages dating back for years with the same basic issues.

Yes - it was very frustrating. We didn't get our room ready at the first hotel yet the CM said the on-line went through. The second hotel nothing worked and it wiped out our credit card information. The third hotel everything worked and that too online check in gave us an error.

I hope that it works better for you.
 
I actually logged in this morning and it gives me an option to "Update Check-In" so one of them must have gone through.

Disney's website is a hot mess.
