Online Check-In Credit Card Questions

I went to check in online but seem to have a few issues that may be user error, so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone could offer assistance.

1) When I went to check in it asked me to put a link a credit card to my reservation. No problem there but it asked for a PIN for each guest, but for some reason, both my wife and I are showing as having a PIN already set. I don't know where they got that information, was it from a previous stay? I cant seem to find a way to check to see what that PIN is or change it. Does anyone know how I can verify that PIN and/or change it?

2) Since our DD and DSIL will also be staying in our villa, is there a way to have their Magic Bands charge to a separate credit card?

Yes, it would have been set during a prior stay.

You can change your PIN in MDE (website only) by selecting the MDE drop drop menu, then 'Profile', and finally 'Payment Method'.

The front desk and also assist with resetting the PIN for room charging.

2) Since our DD and DSIL will also be staying in our villa, is there a way to have their Magic Bands charge to a separate credit card?
Yes, but it can only be setup by the front desk at the resort.
