Online changes down?

I thought a new perk from the updated site was being able to modify, but I have a notification that I cannot. I made a reservation for next June 1st, but didn't get all my days. So now will I have to call to add a day? Is it just down for the time being or did they disable it?

It's been disabled for the last few days. From the notification tab on the website it looks like it's temporary. But it IS Disney I.T. so who knows how many days, weeks, decades temporary actually is.

"The ability to modify reservations online through the online booking tool is temporarily not available. Please contact Member Services at 800-800-9800 to modify any existing reservations. The ability to plan, book, cancel and create a wait list are still available."

I was able to do a modification Tuesday afternoon, someone else did one Wednesday morning. By Wednesday night they had “temporarily” disabled the feature.

It was cool... much better than a phone call. No waiting on hold for 7 minutes, etc.

But it IS Disney I.T. so who knows how many days, weeks, decades temporary actually is.

This is the first time I've ever heard of them having issues with the web sites.
