Online booking --- what time?

What time do rooms become available for online booking? For example, I can book starting on 12/16 but what time on 5/16 will I be able to book the room?

I believe I could book at 8 AM (Eastern time) --- booking on line gives you a one hour advantage over those who wait until Member Services opens at 9 AM.
