No matter what I do, I can't get the Disney site to go to "My Cruise Plans." I can log in successfully, enter my reservation, etc, but it locks up at that "cruise plans" page, even when I'm on other computers! Any thoughts?

What kids' club activities do I need to book? We're on the 3 day Wonder, and I was under the impression I could check my 5 year old in whenever I needed to. Do I have to shedule the exact amount of time ahead of time he'll use the club, even if I have no idea what we'll be doing? Or are there special activities that need to be booked?

I think we'll skip Palo and shore excursions this time, since the cruise is so short.

Any advice about booking online for kids would be greatly appreciated!

Hmm.. I believe I read here today that they are having some issues with their website(DCL)...Perhaps a phone call?.

As for your 5 year old, you can do the checking in on-line, or at the port, or whenever you first decide he will use the clubs. Nothing has to be pre-booked, it is just a convenience to register them ahead of time. You will find navigators with the weeks activity timetabled for you for your son's age group. You decide yourself when he wants to go (or he does.. )....Don't worry, only the nursery need to be pre booked... :goodvibes

Hi there...I've been having some trouble as well. Is it a coicidence that we are both canadian??? :confused3
We were allowed to book as of Dec. 19th and I tried last night, this morning, at lunch and now tonight. I've tried on Netscape and IE and nothing. I guess I will have to make time to phone. Online is much easier for me as I can do it on my own time, not work time during the day, unless DCL is opened at night???

So is there some trouble? :Pinkbounc (DD just came down and is fascinated by the smiley guys...so hence this pink bouncy guy)

Your son can go as little or as much as he wants. You can sign him in and out anytime, but keep in mind when they may be switching places or are somewhere that he can not be signed out. They have all of this in the Club Navigator. Ask the CMs any questions you may have. They are great and very helpful!

Thanks for the info. My daughter will be on the cruise as well, and will be short of age 3 by 2 weeks. She's very independent, and very well established in her potty training.

I wonder if I should make the Flounders ressies, even tho I'm hoping they'll take her in the bigger club? How far in advance do I have to cancel flounders?

Decisions, decisions......

One more thing. I did call, and they said they don't book things over the phone. Only online or on the ship. Is that correct?

I'm still having troubles getting online. I'm usually on here during my very short lunch break. I'm swamped at work and swamped at home really don't have time to sit on the phone forever. Did you have to wait long on the phone before you spoke to a DCL representative? I read somewhere here that they don't take bookings on the phone. They can help you find the problem why you are having problems online and that's it. So you book online or on teh boat.
