My arrival date is November 18 so I am within 180 days. The online system let's me book on 18 & 19th but nothing later. It will show me available times on say the 21st but when I click the time to book, I get booted back to find a table screen. This happens on the app and on the website. Are we not allowed to book electronically until that specific day is within 180 days? It is so frustrating having to call every time something opens up during my stay but is over 180 away. Is there a way around this? Am I doing something wrong?
 
Are you staing onsite?

If not, you have to make reservations each day 180 days out from the day you're trying to make reservations

If you're onsite, I guess I'd call

Are you staying onsite? Asking since you can book 180+10 if you are staying at a disney resort, but offsite you have to book each day separately. It looks like 180 days from the 18th was yesterday and 180 days from the 19th is today so that is what I am thinking. You have to make sure you are logged in or it only going to show up to the date of the 19th.

sounds like you are using a phone or tablet.
the app and website on one of those devices has issues lately.
use an actual computer.
 

And make sure you're logged in! If I'm on for too long, it seems to want to log me off (even though I'm not idle grrr) and then it restricts my dates. When I log back in, it's fine and I can see my whole trip. :/
 
Well, it was doing the same thing on phone & computer. I like talking to CM but the rules about canceling and transportation get old after the 3rd time. If I am not logged in I can't even view reservations outside of the 180 but when I'm logged in I can see those reservations that are available but it won't let me book them.
 
Called tech support. They are perplexed and have opened up an IT ticket. Hopefully problem will be resolved soon!
