Very sorry that is happening to you. Unfortunately, if you've tried all the "usual" fixes, you will have to call. Online booking has been working just fine. Usual fixes include:
Clearing cache and cookies
Using private browsing.
Using a different browser.
Try a different device - laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc.
For those who may not know how to do any of those things, google is your friend.

I've been trying to get on the DVC site since early this afternoon but I get the dwarves and Rex. Anyone else having that issue? I'm just wondering if it is only me?

I was able to get a booking to go through at 7:30 but took long time to get the email confirmation. Wasn't sure it took. Trying to go back in for another booking and Rex and dwarfs pages. Maybe later today.
Someone will post it on the DIS DVC forums as soon as something is put on the website. Lots of us checking in at least once a day (stalking for a fall trip, hoping the situation will ave stabilized by then).
