Online ADR's...What time?

The last time I made online ADR's I was able to do so at 3AM. I have been reading conflicting reports of when this changeover occurs. Can anyone confirm for me recent times that online ADR's have been made? I really need to know. I only have about three weeks left until I can make my ADR's .

On-line ADR's begin at 6 AM 180 days out on the East Coast. If you are on the West Coast then it would be 3 AM.
