Online ADRs Thread (Updated FAQ 9/9/9)

Is anyone else having problems pulling up your already booked reservations on the website right now? I'm putting in my confirmation numbers and my phone number (I know they are correct because I've been able to pull the reservations up on the website before) but keep getting an error.

I'm just having a little freak out thinking the worst and that all my reservations are now gone

Well, you stressed me out, so I went in and tried some of mine, but they pulled up okay. :)

Does anyone think it will be a problem if about half of my reservations (mostly made by phone) list my party as 2 adults, while the ones I made online (and a couple of the phone ones) list it correctly as 1 adult, one child (age 16)? I mean, it's not going to make any pricing difference, right? I don't want to try to mess with anything now. If worse comes to worse, he can always pretend to be 18! ;)

Ugh! This is so annoying. I can't get the site to work for me. I was trying to check on some adr's but as soon as I get to the screen to check them I can't get dates or anythign to show up. If I try to type them in myself I get the whole "do you want windows to open this file or save it" and both options take me to a page can't be displayed.

Come on Disney, get it together!

So am I the only one having problems this morning??? The online system has recognized my 90 + 10 every day for the past 4 days with NO problem.

Today I do the SAME thing to have it retrieve my reservation, but it does not open up the 90 + 10..........

I'm having the same issue this morning. I've entered my reservation number and I can only book day 90. My first time using the system so I'm not sure if I am doing everything correctly. Any tips?

No, it's not just you. Worked fine for me yesterday. It actually worked ok this morning until about 6:04-now there's no +10 window!

My 90 day mark is this Sunday for my Sept 26th-Oct 4th trip. However, yesterday I switched from the free dining to the AP discount code. The CM was unable to get me a standard room for that first night (26th), so I round up with a one night reservation in a King room for the 26th, then another reservation for a standard room for the 27th-Oct 4th. She told me she would link the reservations and make a notation on the first one that I'd be there for eight consecutive nights not just one. Is there any way to get the online dining system to recognize that though? Will I be able to book ADRs for the entire trip on Sunday, or will it just let me do that one day, then make me go back online on Monday to get the rest of them?:confused3 If so that doesn't seem fair. It's not my fault Disney didn't have the room type for a full eight nights.:confused3

NOT you at all. I've been able to access + 10 for 4 days in a row. Today, no go.......... Well at least once I'm done today, I can start sleeping in again!

Anyone else having luck???????

I just finished booking my 90 + 10 this am and got the confirmation numbers.

good luck to everyone trying.

Is it all under one reservation number? Or do you have a different number for both? I can't imagine ANY way the system will recognize it based on a comment put on your reservation. It's having a hard enough time doing it when there's nothing out of the ordinary..........

If you have a second can you post step by step instructions on how you obtained the 90 + 10 days?

I waited until my computer turned to 601am.. Then I logged into my account and pulled up my ressie number with phone number and the calender pulled up.. I had my toughest ressie at the end of the trip so I started with the last day of my trip. Hope this helps.

Don't assume you're doing it wrong if this doesn't work for you.

I've done the same thing for the past 4 days and it worked just fine. Today it won't allow me into my +10 days......... Guess I'll start calling in a few minutes..........

Anyone else having problems or success?????????

That's what I'm thinking. Unfortunately I have two reservation numbers.

it worked fine for up until today...so i had to wait until 7 and call in....so much for all the practice i did and getting up @ 5am. Cant complain I did get Le Cellier for 5:30 and Chef Mickeys for 6:35 :)

Now Im worried since the online booking didnt work for anyone but me... Im worried now that I dont have ressies. Oh boy is there a program for crazy obsessed overplanning nuts that love disney because I need it. Now that I THINK I have dining ressie.. What to worry about. Any suggestions.:surfweb::laughing::rotfl2:

Online Dining worked for me. ctnurse, check your e-mail confirmations. I got my confirmations but no Cinderellas, no Le Cellier were to be had for me today.

Worked for me. Perfectly this am. found no availability for OHana dinner on the night that I wanted (until 10:30 that is) but all in all I had a positive experience!

workek great for me at 602 am, I got all that I wanted but lecellier I had to take an earlier time, but no worries! I am sooo happy that is over.
