Online ADRs Thread (Updated FAQ 9/9/9)

Is there a way that I can check to see what my current reservations are online?? Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some hints .....

1. When entering your phone number to pull up your
ressie make sure you enter 10 digits starting with your
area code ( xxxyyyzzzz format). If you enter the 1
before the 10 digits it WILL bounce.

2. For quick retrival try saving your restaurant selections to
your web browsers Favorites, not the favorites associated
with the Disney site. I opened LeCellier to it's personal
page and saved it to my browsers Favorites. Did the
same for Chef Mickey's. Now I can open each directly.

Update to my previous #2.

Open the particular restaurant page you are interested in booking to it's booking page and then save to your browser's favorites.

Works great.

When the time comes for your 90 +10 go to your browsers favorites, choose your saved restaurant, and once you are on the booking page enter your room ressie info where asked, including the 10 digit phone number, and then make your dining reservation.

We are on the phone. It is a mess the first 2 times when it crashed the reservations did go through. I have 3 for Ahershus, 2 Cali Grill, 5-6 CP. I am trying to get the extras deleted without losing what I want.

Strange

Is the DIS Forums being hosted on Disney's servers ? :dance3:

Really wanted to get post #1000.

Funny thing yesterday and the day before trying to get Sci fi with no luck. Yesterday afternoon one did open up but not really a great day or time for me but took it anyway. Well at 8:00 this morning i rechecked and it seemed like a whole block of reservations for sci-fi opened up on the two days i was searching. the day i really wanted opened up and was a nice time of 4:30 in the afternoon. I wonder why they do it like this? I have yet to find a better time for Ohana & Chef Mickey. hard to believe these are totally booked up at dinner time and i called bright & early at 7:00 on my ADR day.

Could your CM pull up your dining ressies through your Disney Res. # (resort, etc)? Mine claimed we had to do each dining ressie seperately and look them up by the confirmation #'s. She said she couldn't just pull up one big list of all of my dining ressies based off of my Disney Res. # even though my dining is hooked to that # (did it online).

She was really weird and had a bad nasal voice and was very confused. I might try someone else. She wasn't very helpful.

Try someone else. All of my reservations (dining/recreation/etc) have been pulled up together (I've had them pull them up several times) and they've all been tied to my resort confirmation number

Did you make your reservations online? She said you cannot pull up ONLINE reservations up through your disney reservations # if you hooked the 2 together. :confused3

They pulled all my reservations up with my phone # not my resort conf. #, I had used my cell phone for 1 so she did not find that one until I remembered I had used a different #

I booked with MS (DVC), have the same phone number I have had for over 20 years and it will not pull up my reservation.....so I will be calling Monday and hope for the best.

Ohhh, I gotcha now! I made most of mine on the phone; I did make 2 online, although I ended up canceling them... so that might be right. Sorry! As another poster mentioned, did you try looking them up using your phone number? Or perhaps your email address (don't know if they could do that) Otherwise, IDK... I hope you get everything settled though!

I am sorry you feel that way but as the old saying goes you cannot please all of the people all of the time.

If you weren't on the road I am sure you would feel differently about it.

Your are exactly right :)

I do still feel that online & phone systems should open at the same time though.

I thought it was kind of funny too that I've been trying to find a lunch reservation for 50's Prime Time with no luck but just today I found 3 times for the day I wanted  Same for Coral Reef. Nothing has been available for dinner during our entire stay and when I looked today there were 2 nights that had options for me  It seems like they've opened up some more reservations or maybe I'm just lucky today with finding reservations people have canceled :confused3

Okay, I talked to someone who knew what she was doing. It took us 45 minutes to straighten everything out. I was in fact double booked and had over 10 reservations (I only needed 5 TS res.).

She canceled all of the ones I didn't want and kept the ones I did. She looked it up through my Disney Resort Res. # and the cell phone # I put down for my dining reservations. So whoever is having this same issue, be sure to let them know the phone # you used for your dining reservations!

And FYI for those who are intersted, I just canceled a Le Cellier ressie for 9/21 at 1:25 PM!

It took about an hour to get everything fixed. When the site crashed I got flustered and entered the wrong phone # for my reservation. So the ressies are under 3 different phone #:rotfl::confused3

WHY does the post # matter?

I am just hoping that all this availability suddenly showing online is not another glitch! Can you imagine 500 families showing up at 6pm for dinner at Le Cellier? :rotfl:
