Trying to do my ADR's and it won't let me do the 90+10. I have retrieved my reservation but it won't let me make an ADR past my arrival date. What do I do? HELP!:headache::headache::headache:

May have answered my own question. It may be because I have a twelve digit confirmation number. It's like it can't retrieve my reservation info. Shoot!:badpc: I'm really worried too, I checked and LeCellier is booked for the whole day on our arrival day at 6 AM. Oh well, I guess I will be calling hope for the best I guess.

I can't get it to work for me either and I also have a 12 digit number. Hopefully when the dining line opens up there will still be something left for us.

tndisneyfan, a twelve digit confirmation number is what you should have. Just by way of trouble shooting - are you positive that this is the right day for your 90+10 to open up? According to the ADR calculator, September 19 (today) is the day you could do 90+10 for a 12/18 arrival.

If you put in your twelve digit number and the site just responds with a string of red numbers beginning with an E, that's indicating a problem with the system, not necessarily with your reservation. I got that message a few times when I was trying to do online ADRs, but eventually I got it to go away.

Maybe a dumb question - when did they change to a 12 digit confirmation?? I'm going late October and my confirmation is not nearly that long.

Yes I'm sure today was the day, I called WDW-Dine at exactly seven and got everything I wanted. The reason I thought it had something to do with the number was another poster on another thread said something about their reservation number. It seemed logical at the time, but not so much now that I stop and think about it.

Yes that is what I got, some red code at the top starting with an E, can't remember what it was. I typed in the wrong number later when I was trying again and a big red sign popped up saying that number couldn't be found. So I'm sure I was typing in the right number, just for some reason or other it wasn't accepting it.

All's well that ends well I guess. I got all the ADR's I wanted at pretty much the times I wanted. So I didn't lose anything except an hours sleep. :rotfl2:

My October is not nearly that long either and had letters, not just number. My hotel reservation number looks like my ADR reservation numbers.
