I booked thru Disney.co.uk got a 6 digit res# but rang dining reservations and they gave me my US 12 digit res#, still doesn't help me accessing the site to retrieve either my hotel reservation or dining reservations as the site won't accept my phone # in any format.
1st thing to do is get your 12 digit US res#, then some people are succesful with their phone# others are not.
Has anyone managed to get on with a DVC booking reference - I can't get on at all.
I haven't tried. Only as far as seeing what is available, rather than trying to book. I did all mine the old fashioned way - by phone.![]()
I have made 3 adr's for my next trip ,really impressed.
re telephone number-I put in my hotels so for me it is 407-827-7700 and this wokred fine.
I've just seen a thread on the DVC board saying it doesn't recognise DVC numbers,![]()
Pretty much everyone!!It will find the ADR number but not our telephone number. How many other guests are having this same issue from the UK I wonder??
Can anyone who booked through Disney UK on a non-flight package also confirm that they aren't able to access the US system or if you did book a non-flight package through Disney UK and are able to make 90+10 ADRS's how you did it?
We mad ourADRs over the phone, I rang the WDW Travel Co UK number and selected the Dining option. I had to give my US reservation number which was fine and confirm my name party size and age of child and travel details. That done I made my reservations no problem. However when we found out the online system was "up and running" so to speak we tried to log in and check them. It will find the ADR number but not our telephone number we've tried the +44 and then the area code minus the 0 and our line out in in the same way the Americans do but no successWouldn't find it at all
So unable to access the darned thing. I'm just going to have to check the details again on Saturday and pray they don't cancel any of them
How many other guests are having this same issue from the UK I wonder??

We are also having this issue with being unable to retrieve the bookings we have made over the phone. When I enter the confirmation number and our phone number I get a message saying
"The reservation(s) you were trying to retrieve cannot be found. Please check that youve entered the correct confirmation number and the phone number you provided when making the reservation."
We are staying off site but we are in the 90 day window. If anyone finds a solution to the problem could they please post it before I hurl the computer out of the window!!

After we had booked last year our TA (Thomas Cook) did contact VH for us and get the Disney booking reference. Not sure about this time but for a previous holiday it took some effort on their part to get the info out of VH.
The reference is not working at present for ADRs (90+10) (with any combination for the phone number). Emailed Disney yesterday (a) to confirm if it is because we have not quite reached the 90 day mark yet and (b) when we do, what phone number they have assoctaed with the booking and how it should be entered. Will just have to wait for a reply.

I am having exactly the same problem. Cannot retrieve the ADRs I made on the phone.
Is it the RESORT confirmation number they want or the ADR confirmation number they gave you on the phone???
