Online ADR's possibly working

Has anyone managed to get on with a DVC booking reference - I can't get on at all.
 
I booked thru Disney.co.uk got a 6 digit res# but rang dining reservations and they gave me my US 12 digit res#, still doesn't help me accessing the site to retrieve either my hotel reservation or dining reservations as the site won't accept my phone # in any format.
1st thing to do is get your 12 digit US res#, then some people are succesful with their phone# others are not.

Yup I'm in the same boat. I guess at least I should be able to hit the ground running if I have to call up for the 90+10, but it's still extremely frustating not to be able to use the online system either to book, or to view the ADRs once they are booked over the phone... :mad:
 
I have made 3 adr's for my next trip ,really impressed.

re telephone number-I put in my hotels so for me it is 407-827-7700 and this wokred fine.
 

I haven't tried. Only as far as seeing what is available, rather than trying to book. I did all mine the old fashioned way - by phone.;)

I've just seen a thread on the DVC board saying it doesn't recognise DVC numbers,:sad2:

I've got a feeling you have to be within your 90 days before you can see your reservation? I tried that format with the POP number, and tried the same number you just posted and it said it couldn't find my reservation.

We mad ourADRs over the phone, I rang the WDW Travel Co UK number and selected the Dining option. I had to give my US reservation number which was fine and confirm my name party size and age of child and travel details. That done I made my reservations no problem. However when we found out the online system was "up and running" so to speak we tried to log in and check them. It will find the ADR number but not our telephone number we've tried the +44 and then the area code minus the 0 and our line out in in the same way the Americans do but no success:confused3 Wouldn't find it at all:confused3 So unable to access the darned thing. I'm just going to have to check the details again on Saturday and pray they don't cancel any of them:eek:

How many other guests are having this same issue from the UK I wonder??
 
We are also having this issue with being unable to retrieve the bookings we have made over the phone. When I enter the confirmation number and our phone number I get a message saying

"The reservation(s) you were trying to retrieve cannot be found. Please check that youve entered the correct confirmation number and the phone number you provided when making the reservation."

We are staying off site but we are in the 90 day window. If anyone finds a solution to the problem could they please post it before I hurl the computer out of the window!!
 
Can anyone who booked through Disney UK on a non-flight package also confirm that they aren't able to access the US system or if you did book a non-flight package through Disney UK and are able to make 90+10 ADRS's how you did it?

Yes - I booked a Disney UK, non-flight package. I got my 12 digit number by emailing Disney UK (see earlier post) but still can't get on.

I hope I'm not being stupid but did you say you called the uk number (0872 242 4900?) to make your ADRs? Did they just transfer you? That would be great as I'm currently having to plan to go to my parent's house as they get free calls to the US. Do you think it's best to call the US number directly or go through the UK number?
 
Yes that was the number there's a menu to select from I think it was option 3 for dining, 4 for Fireworks Viewing:thumbsup2 I had no problems ringing them on this number in the past I would have used the USA number but this for me was much better less confusion and a clearer line. We had all our confirmation numbers given to us at the end and I asked if I could read them back to check I had written them down correctly it wasn't a problem at all. Everything was correct. So if you booked the same way as us then give them a ring on that number and don't worry about them they are just as friendly as ever and you still get to talk to a USA CM:thumbsup2

After we had booked last year our TA (Thomas Cook) did contact VH for us and get the Disney booking reference. Not sure about this time but for a previous holiday it took some effort on their part to get the info out of VH.

The reference is not working at present for ADRs (90+10) (with any combination for the phone number). Emailed Disney yesterday (a) to confirm if it is because we have not quite reached the 90 day mark yet and (b) when we do, what phone number they have assoctaed with the booking and how it should be entered. Will just have to wait for a reply.

Is it the RESORT confirmation number they want or the ADR confirmation number they gave you on the phone???

I can understand that we may not be able to retrieve reservations on the dining pages until 90 days, but we should be able to retrieve reservations elsewhere on the website (e.g. 'My Disney Vacation -> Resort Reservations). This does not work for me either. This part of the site is nothing to do with dining, so it shouldn't matter whether it is within 90 days or not. If this bit doesn't work, then I would not believe Disney if they say that it won't work until 90 days.

In the dining section it is the ADR ressie number they are after, I went round in circles trying to input my resort number:cool1:and then phone number i had problems too but used 441-438-****, that format with dashes in between. i thought it would be last digits but it was the first digits of my phone number. Hope you manage to sort it.
