Online ADR's possibly working

In the dining section it is the ADR ressie number they are after, I went round in circles trying to input my resort number:cool1:and then phone number i had problems too but used 441-438-****, that format with dashes in between. i thought it would be last digits but it was the first digits of my phone number. Hope you manage to sort it.

It won't let me put dashes in :confused3 Still nothing from disney uk either :sad2:

I used my landline to make my ADRs and, like many others, have been trying to check them online. I put my phone number in minus the first 0 with dashes (xxx-xxx-xxxx) but it didn't recognise it, though I know I had to give it every time I rang up. Maybe that's the answer - they asked me for it every time so their system was obviously not retaining it for some reason. :confused3
I also have had no response to my email to disney uk. :sad2:

I phoned Disney UK yesterday for my 12 digit number, the system was down at the time but they promised to phone me back later:rolleyes1.

Well I shouldn't have doubted, a lovely lady phoned me a few hours later and gave me my number right away. She asked if it was our first time or if we were celebrating anything while we were there. I did mention people were having trouble putting UK phone numbers in and trying all different combinations of doing this. She said thanks for pointing this out and she would let her manager and the IT people know.

Now I just have to try and book my ADRs online, fingers crossed I have no trouble with the phone number.

Hi
I know this has already been asked- but still don't know the answer.
Has anyone managed to get their US reservation number from Virgin?

Thanks

I've found that if that link doesn't appear then you need to select "US English" in the bottom left of the WDW UK home page.
It then appears top right for you to click.

Got reply from Disney. Are we not supposed to be able to log in or is the reply from a CM with no idea?:confused3

That sounds like the online ADR booking is for US customers only. Nice. :rolleyes1

Well we have made several bookings with the online system.
They don't really have any way of cancelling because we are UK customers as no need to put state, country etc in.

I meant that online booking in the "+10 window" is for US customers only. Have you managed to book in the "+10 window" or in the regular 90 day window?

Looks like a classic fob off :sad2:

I don't think it's a matter of not being supposed to log in - I think it's an IT thing. Sorting out the incompatibility issues between the US and UK systems, with different confirmation numbers/access details/phone number formats etc. must be a nightmare. I can imagine the look on the face of the IT guy who it gets suggested to that he might like to sort it out!

We can make online ADRs of course without logging in, but that's no good as far as 90+10 is concerned of course.

I reckon it would be an easier IT project to add online ADRs to the UK site - now there's a suggestion :rolleyes1

Not impressed!!!!

Very poor customer service for us poor UK people who spend loads of money with them

:confused3

It is my 90 day on Weds so really wanted to have this sorted by then!

Have looked through so many threads on this subject but...

Am I right in thinking that none of us UK users have yet been able to access the 90 +10 feature on online ADRs???

It didn't like our mobile number either, so I entered the last 10 digits like this

777-777-7777 (with the dashes in too) and it accepted it - HTH :)
I tried logging in and before I did my phone number in this format it said 'invalid phone number', however once I did it in the above format, it just said 'unable to retrieve your reservation' so I wonder if that's just because I'm not at my booking time yet, and on the day it would work?....

Am I right in thinking there is a time advantage to booking online? Something like 6am eastern time online, versus 7am eastern time by phone or something like that?

That's right. I've been reading on another thread that people on the West coast aren't happy that they have to phone at 3 a.m. At least one thing works in our favour!!
