online adrs/kouzzina

I was very nervous about doing the online adrs but I was able to get everything w/o difficulty. I did make a mistake and was able to login again and book CRT, CG and Ohana for the times I wanted. It was easy and user friendly. A few mins before 6a I logged in brought up page entered res # and then at 6 hit refresh and enter. Kouzzina still n/a online and I called shortly after 7a, was on hold 12mins and then cm had to put me on hold for a very long time for her and her supervisor to check. Kouzzina was showing no Nov. hrs in system. CM was then able to get my adr but stated Kouzzina not on DP and that is why hours weren't showing in system. Anyone else get that info? I thought it would be on DP. Thanks to everyone who shared their info who helped me thru this process and GL to those making ADRS next.

I booked Kouzinna two separate dinner reservations, two separate days, September 2009 with separate calls to Disney Dining, and was told both times that it was on the Disney Dining Plan and would be 1 credit.

Call back, and spell "Kouzzina" for them to be sure.

I would call back....I have a ADR for Kouzzina and I was told by a CM it is on the DDP

Thanks, CM said "Kouzzina by Cat Cora". I will definitely call back tomorrow. Maybe early on a Sunday morning there is less supervisory staff.

FYI ... I just called for a breakfast ADR for Kouzzina for a date in mid-October. The CM was a little confused until I mentioned that it was replacing Spoodles - then she knew exactly what I was talking about.

And although we are not on the dining plan this fall, I did verify with her today that Kouzzina will be accepting the plan - it's a 1TS restaurant.

I wasn't able to get our ADR this morning. I couldn't find it on-line so I called and was told nothing was available.

Took everyone's advice and called back and got my Nov 8th ADR for Kouzinna.

Spoke to cm, Kouzzina definitely on DP--1 TS --didn't have to change anything. Tried to change another adr, just # of people. While you can make an adr at 90+10, you cannot change until 90d, system doesn't let them.
