Its looking like its an onsite guests perk. Offsite will be by phone or as we do it call at guest services when there, but guess we will know soon.

From what I was reading you need your US reservation number so you can use the 90 days +10 perk for onsite guests. Maybe if you are just booking for 90 days (or less) away from the ADR you want you might not need a reservation number. I guess we will find out on Monday if indeed it does go live then.

What does the US reservation start with, or how many digits/letters is it, as my TA doesn't seem to know which one I mean. She's given me one that starts with a V, but I think that's the booking reference?

The US reservation number is no letters just 12 numbers.
UK # is 6 numbers
