Online ADR retrieval

I was unable to make my ADR's online for our upcoming trip 12/27-1/2 bc the system couldn't recognize my ressie number through DVC. I booked my ADR's on the phone but now I want to print out the confirmations. Can I do this on the online system? I tried to frind where to put my ADR confirmation #'s but didn't have any luck. :confused3
 
Try putting in your phone number as xxxxxxxxxx and xxx-xxx-xxxx.

However, I can retrieve ADR's I made online, but I cannot retrieve ADR's I made over the phone. I am going to wait and try again in a few days, maybe they need some processing time.
 
I cannot retrieve any of my ADR's online. I have tried everything with no luck.
 

I was able to pull up the ressies I made on the phone today online. I couldn't pull up my Candlelight Processional pkg though, maybe because it's a package it didn't pull up??? I also made 2 ressies online that would conflict with 2 of mine (I was thinking about changing the first ones) and I can't pull them up. Maybe the system kicked them out because the times were to close together?
 
I've been able to retrieve ADRs I've made on-line and those made by the concierge staff at AKL/AKV. I've not needed to call to make ADRs since they launched the on-line reservation system.
 
I have made 4 dinner reservations online. 2 reservations were made separately on different days and 2 reservations were made at the same time.
I have 4 confirmation numbers and I am able to look up the dinner reservations online so I assume they are valid. I have received no dinner reservation confirmation emails from Disney.
Also the Disney system refuses to recognize or lookup my Old Key West Disney Vacation club reservation even though I am well within the 90 day advance reservation window for all reservations. I find their online system awkward to use.
 
I just tried looking up the same dinner reservations again - that I successfully was able to retireve before and the system told me "it was unable to retrieve my reservations". It is amazing that Disney can run such a large operation - yet fail to be able to run a reservation system. Anyone know what gives???
 
Maybe the system is overloaded today due to the number of people making New Years Eve Reservations. I still can't look reservations up online but Disney did eventually send me emails confirming all dinner reservations. Hope this helps someone.
 
I can not retrieve my ressie # either. Do you think there might be another ressie # associated with our DVC ressie?

I was able to get my DVC reservation retrieved by going to the first restaurant you want, click make a reservation, then retrieve your room reservation from the screen with the calendar.
