I've recently closed on my resale DVC purchase! I'm very excited to start making reservations, and I've had a letter in the post with my membership number.
I just phoned member services to activate my online account, which I was hoping I could do now that I had my member number. But sadly the person on the phone said that I needed to give him my 'Club ID', and I haven't received that in the post.
He said that if I had my social security number then that would be OK too, but since I'm in the UK I don't have one.
Anyway his advice was just to wait for a while and I should receive the club ID in the post.
Is that correct? Is there any way I can activate online before that? Think it's worth me phoning again and trying to speak to someone else?
