So now that its official, were DVC members!!! I called MS to get online access and I was denied. She told me I had to wait until I got my paper work in the mail. I was under the impression that they could set this up for me. Can anybody elighten me on this?

Call Membership Administration back and ask them to help you configure the online account. They have to give you a code to plug in, so they'll stay on the phone as you set everything up.

Your first lesion, either DVC has changed their policy and didn't tell us about it or the CM is wrong.

Call back and give them your SSN as ID. Ask that they check to see if your account has been established yet.

kstorms27, I called today and they could find my account my points were loaded, but they were unable to get the computer to give them my access code for the online system. The CM contacted her supervisor but they could still not get the one time code. She very nicely asked me to give it a few days and call again Friday. LOL Friday, I'll call tomorrow.
She did set me up with a reservation for June

I did MA back after someone from MS claimed she couldnt help me. I explain what I wanted to do and she transfered me back to MS and guess what?! This individual was able to get me set up. Crazy how some ppl can do things and others cannot. Anyways, I believe we are all set up, vacation is set, and now all I need is more points!! THX!
