What are the benefits of checking in On-line?

Do you know your room # after you check in online? (I had a note added for a ground floor room, since I am going to have an ECV, just want to make sure I get it)

Any Pro's or Con's for online check in?

Mainly the benefit is that you will spend a little less time at the check-in counter once you arrive. They will have the room assigned and all paperwork printed/ready for you.

You do not get your room # during online check-in. If you have specific room requests, it could still take time at check-in if you need to make sure those were met or request a change.

With online check-in you let them know the approximate time you will arrive which will up your odds of your room being ready when you get there even if it's before 3PM.

Your packet will be ready so you will spend less time at the window. You give them your ID and they give you your packet and you're off.

You will not know your room number until you arrive.

They will not give you the room number until the room is released by housekeeping and ready to be occupied.

It's a huge time saver, and we love online check in. I can't think of any reason at all not to do it. All I have is pros, the biggest is that your folio and everything is all ready for you and you are in and out and on to your room fast as possible. You CAN still ask about your room location, and ask to be moved if you aren't happy or it doesn't meet your needs.

This! We love online check in. Our room requests have been met, and our room is ready as early as 9:30 am.
