Ongoing trouble with Disney site - is it just me?

I am trying to do my planning for our trip in August and for a long time now (many months), I have trouble with the website glitching on me. I log in, it takes me to my main page and then immediately returns to the sign in page (and it just keeps looping that way). I have tried going incognito to see if there was some reason that would help but it doesn't. Funny part is I was able to do my fastpasses this morning by doing some weird way of logging in. Anyway, any computer experts out there have any idea what is going on? Anybody else experience this? If it helps to know, I use a Macbook. Thanks!
 
Yesterday same thing for me. Main page just kept returning to sign in page. I rebooted but didn't go back on yesterday. Today everything seems to be working.
 
Oh yes, this has been happening to me for months at work. If I'm using "Chrome", it does it, if I am using internet explorer, I usually don't have an issue.....

Sorry to ask this 5 year's down the line from when this was originally posted but do you have any photos from your shoot or can you at least tell me if it was dark through the whole hour?

I had problems yesterday. Was calling Disney for something else & while on phone told them the issues I was having on line. The lady on phone asked me to hold while she checked with IT. When she came back, she told me that IT said that whatever issue(s) I was having was on my end. That they weren’t getting a lot of IT problem calls & “everything running find on their end”. Over the many years & many problems I’ve had with Disney website, this has always been their response.
 
I have an August trip too- I can log in and see my reservations, etc, but can't access the Choose My MagicBands page. I have already selected them, but wanted to watch the page to see if any of the offers for premium bands come up. I just get a message that Stitch ate the page. I tried both Safari and Chrome- neither worked for at least a week now!
 
We only use an iMac or iPhones. And honestly I have never had these issues. Disney web site always works fine. When I’m at work. And the computer at the station is a dreaded PC. Sometimes it doesn’t work 100%. Maybe Apple and Disney have a thing to make the rest of you use Apple. Lol
I do know Disney web site works best on a very heavy ram computer. It’s a complicated running web site.
I’m certainly no expert. Other than it works for me.
 
No it is not just the OP experiencing issues. Almost weekly, there is a new thread on here talking about the various Disney IT issues. Hard to believe their IT people are not aware of the CONSTANT glitches being experienced.
 
I have the same problem, but it happens much more when I'm using Safari than Chrome. Usually it works the 2nd time when I'm using Chrome. (I'm also on a MacBook.) In Safari I usually can't get past the login screen.
 
I'm having the same problem. I can't log into my plans on my phone unless I'm in incognito mode. On my kindle I have zero issues.

The app and website are the worst. It always gives me issues.

I work in IT—believe me, they know. Being able to implement fixes is another issue entirely, especially with an org the size of Disney and the attendant bureaucracy involved. Their setup probably looks like a Jenga tower. “Why not overhaul it then?” Well, from painful experience working on a years long project to replace a decade plus old legacy system for local govt, it’s uh. Hard, lol. Especially when forced to coordinate with offshore teams.

If they aren't aware of their abysmal IT, they should all lose their jobs. When Disney IT tells you it is on your end, don't believe them.
