One-way Magical Express Transfer - is this possible??

Hi all,
I'm planning a vacation for a friend, and they're flying into Orlando, but will be staying nearby with their parents for a few days before going to their resort. For their return flight, can they still use the ME to get back to MCO from their resort? I guess what I'm asking is can they use the ME only one way, not roundtrip??? TIA!!

Absolutely. They may wind up with what looks like a reservation for both ways, including luggage tags for their check-in day, but there's no problem with just using the return portion. If they do get luggage tags make sure they don't put them on their bags before their inbound flight, however, or their luggage will be swooped up behind the scenes and they'll have a heck of a time tracking it down.
