One Way - grocery stop solved with Cartier

Had posted earlier this week regarding no confirmation on an emailed reservation (including a follow up email) to an Orlando town car service. Along with needing a one way, I needed a grocery stop.
I decided to try Cartier instead and emailed them (late Sun. night) and asked if a grocery stop could be made with only a one way reservation. Early on Monday morning I had my answer. Cartier would do a one way with a 1/2 hr. stop at Publix for $50 plus gratuity. It is well worth the expense to have breakfast items,drinks, and snacks in the room, especially for three adults. I emailed Alex at Cartier and thanked him for the quick response, and, he actually emailed back to thank me. Very nice customer service.

I have Cartier booked for my upcoming trip and I was very pleased with their quick courteous email responses too!

I have Cartier booked for October and I had my Mother book them for December and I have been very impressed with the communication, both e-mail and phone, I have received from their staff.

This will be my first time using them, but my initial contacts have been so great I am really looking forward to it.
