One VKL Voucher for Two Adults?

My husband and I are not huge eaters. No way can we each eat a three or four course meal. We are thinking of ordering one VKL and splitting an App, Entree & Dessert.

Has anyone done this? Do the restaurants 'care'?

No one blinked an eye, and they gave us an extra plate. We gave them an extra tip!

We are going to do this too. I usually eat half an appetizer and then I am full! I like to eat a little bit but more often - i.e. a snack later on.

Last year at Sci fi, DH and I shared the steak sandwich and fries. I asked the waiter if he thought it would be enough for 2 and he kind of suggested it wouldn't be. But he didn't say no we couldn't share. He even borught it out on two plates already split for us. It was perfect for DH and I. We left satisfied but not overfull. (We didn't have appetizers or desserts either.) We used the money we "saved" and bought the kids those glow ice cubes! They loved it.

I think its best to use only 1 VKL voucher for 2 people. Its so much food you will be stuffed--atleast at RFC. No way could dh and I each have one and eat all of our food, although dh would give it a good try, lol. Most of the waitstaff is very helpful an no one ever cared if someone in my family was sharing.

If you show the voucher when you order the CM's are more than happy to help you. At RFC our server understood exactly how to do it and suggested ways to get more of what we liked for our voucher.

We used 1 VKL for 2 adults and had a chocolate smoothie, and huge crab dip appetizer, the 14 oz steak and lobster stuffed with crab meal with Napa Vegetables(YUM!) and rice, and a giant apple cobbler with lots of ice cream for dessert. We were so stuffed we could not finish the dessert!

We ran into the same kind of deals with the Q & C voucher at Pepper Market. We split the prime rib dinner and it included vegetables and a side dish. We had a giant stuffed baked potato and a dessert and they were a meal in themselves! We also had a beverage, orange juice I think. The server will bring you a second plate and silverware.
We took our dessert back to the resort in a carry out and had it with coffee for breakfast the next day!

Has anyone had a problem with using a VKL after 4:30pm at RFC?
