One-time Points and Rescheduling Trip

Will know in the next month whether we need to reschedule our October trip. I understand what happens with our points but am not clear what happens to the one-time points we purchased? Can we move those to another reservation within this use year or are we out of luck? Thanks!

If you cancel a reservation that uses One-Time-Use Vacation Points, those OTU points will be returned to the UY in which the reservation was to take place.

From the OTU Vacation Points page:

One-time-use vacation points expire according to the use year of the reservation booked and are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be banked or borrowed.
