I have a room only reservation for September. I was given one two-day pass and one one-day pass. I want to link these so I can make fastpasses and get a magic band. Can I link both tickets to myself on My Disney Experience and then book three days of fastpasses and order a magic band? I want to ask before I attempt to do this and screw something up!

Not sure about how linking the passes works, but you'll get a magic band no matter what if you are staying onsite.

I can help with part of the question. Yes, you can link multiple tickets to one person on your MDE account. I don't know how you specify which ticket to use first, but they both will show up on MDE account. You might hop over to mesaboy2's FP+ thread to see if he's got anything about using multiple tickets to set-up FP+ reservations.

As long as neither of them expire during your stay there should be no issue. I linked my dd's expiring 7 day hopper to her MDE account. We decided to add 3 days to our stay. A CM friend gave me two one day hoppers...but the expired on day 8 of our stay. All was fine until day 9. Dd was denied entrance to MK. Said she had no days left. I explained that I 'assumed' the the two one day hoppers would have been used at the beginning, with the seven day hopper kicking in on day 3. Nope. Seemed that when the passes linked, the two one day hoppers stacked, so the system couldn't read the second one, that had actually expired at that point! The CM fixed it all and off we went.
The funny thing is that we had absolutely no issues when making FP+ for the whole stay...so the system could read the passes at that point!

I was at WDW in June. I have two multiple day passes, one is a hopper and one is one park per day, both non-expiring, used for 3 trips. Both are attached to my MDE, but when I go thru the
park entrance scanner I use the ticket instead of the magic band. One day I hop, one day I don't hop. As long as the tickets are able to be scanned, it works for me. You can keep track of days left by going to your MDE under tickets, cards.

I was told by a CM that disney 'knows' what order they should be used in. I'll believe it when I see it. LOL!
