We have a party of 7 for two of our ADRS. I tried and tried to get one ADR for 7 , but was unable to (so far, but I plan to keep checking). On another thread I saw that someone was able to book 7 at Le Cellier, one party of 3, and another of 4. I checked for our dates and I was able to do this as well.

I am just wondering if you can share your experiences with doing this... How did you handle it at check in, were there any problems/issues? Were you seated all together or separated?

Thanks so much!!!

On our last trip, we often dined with my brother's family, but we each had our own reservations. At check-in, we asked if we could be seated together, and it wasn't ever a problem.
For our upcoming trip, we have a party of 10... For 1 meal at Yak & Yeti, Disney only will take reservations for parties of 8 or less. We were told to call the restaurant directly, and they did book us as a party of 8 plus a party of 2. We were warned that they will *try* to seat us near each other.

This is good to know. On our upcoming trip we will be touring with another family of 5, that booked their trip after us. We obviously couldn't change all of our ADR's to a party of 10 (we got some though!), so for some places we have 2 ADR's for parties of 5. I hope we'll get to sit at least next to each other.:rolleyes1

Good luck to the OP as well.:goodvibes

We will have a similar experience with Tutto Italia. They would only book a party of 8, but when I called reservations they suggested booking a 5 and a 6 with a note that they were together. Don't know for sure how it will work, but we are hoping for the best!
