Dirty Rice is one of my favorites! Go to Popeys Chicken and buy just a thing of Dirty Rice!

Some of my dads best friends before he passed away were cajuns from southern Louisiana and they would stuff hens and turkeys with dirty rice oh wow talk about good! Down here in the south we would say its "slap yo mama" good...LOL!
