One night... transport ???

I am a Disney gal...
I am going to try an overnight at Universal. WWOHP is bringing me there!
Disney has the Magical express . free transport to and from the airport.
How does one get from MCO to Universal... Without renting a car. Or is just easier to rent the car for 2 days ??
