One night at AoA Suite or Poly

We were able to grab a good deal on a AKL DVC reservation and now have a single night we must add to the end of our trip to align with flights. The flight leaves at 7PM so we essentially have a large part of our departure day to explore whatever resort we end up at. The very beginning of our multi split stay already has us at AoA for a few nights.

With 2 Adults 1 Toddler, do you recommend the Poly for only one night + a full departure day?

I would choose Poly, particularly as you will be at AoA at the beginning of your trip. There is a TON to do at the resort. Great breakfasts - 'Ohana and Kona - a zero entry pool and splash pad for younger children, plus scheduled activities most of the day. The atmosphere at Poly is much, much nicer than AoA, IMHO.

Make it a pool day at the Poly. If it's not pool weather you can monorail/boat to FW for a nice playground, wagon ride and ponies!
