One more question.. for now, sorry! Ok, so I think we have decided on the earliest ceremony possible at the WP (is that 9 or 10?) Then I was told by someone that the cake cutting/ champagne toast are at the same location following the ceremony, is this correct? I want to make sure we have at least our first dance (and hopefully the father/daughter one) so someone said that could be done right after or before the cake cutting, but at the WP. Anyone have any details on this? We didn't necessarily need a whole dance floor and DJ, since most of our family doesn't dance anyway, as long as we get our special dances in, I figured that would save a lot of money. Then we would like to go somewhere for a breakfast buffet.. It will be between 20-30 people, quite a few kids. Anyone have any advice on how to keep the cost down? I would assume it would be cheaper per person. How expensive are the character breakfasts? Would they have enough space for our whole wedding party? We're big breakfast fans and I figured that would be the cheapest way to go. A character breakfast would be nice, but if its easier to just do a buffet somewhere that would be fine. Also are we better off at a restaurant or renting a room somewhere? Thanks for the help!!

A restaurant would definately be cheaper but you might not all be able to sit together.

Thank you for that info! I'm hoping if we did the 10am ceremony then had the half hour cake and hopefully special dances (anyone know if thats possible at the GF?) We could be over to the character breakfast buffet by 11. I read on there that if you go closer to the end of it or the earliest seating they aren't as busy. I will give them plenty of notice, and I read in some people's they they got a back corner or some even private rooms. Guess it depends on the location. Either way I think the character breakfast buffet is the way to go, then everyone can go back to their rooms, change, and meet at the park!

You wouldn't get to breakfast by 11am as the timeline is like this:

10am Ceremony
10:30am Photos
11am Cake & Champagne
11:30am Finish

Hmm does anyone know if there is a place to go thats open later? Or if we got there by 11:15 if they would still take us? We really want to do the character breakfast buffet!

We did Cape May Cafe for breakfast for 20 people after our rehersal but it is located at The Boardwalk and you would have to travel there. Can't remember what time but I believe it was around 11:00.

As you will be at the GF, I would suggest this:

1900 Park Fare
Supercalifragilistic Breakfast
Grand Floridian

Thank you! That was very helpful! Someone was telling me that I wouldn't make it because right after the 10am ceremony theres pictures and the cake cutting (I also wanted to try and squeeze in a first dance and father/daughter dance) Think we could make it by then??
