Okay so I wanted to know this...Can I buy a stay and scream ticket for a day that I am not using my universal ticket?

See I wanna do this...

Buy 2 day base ticket to universal/usio...
will be using those on a sat and sunday.

I wanna buy a stay and scream ticket for that Friday, the day that we arrive. But we will not be using our 2 day base ticket that day.

Is that allowed? If so do we just show up at 5:30 and be allowed to enter the park for HHN since we will have stay and scream ticket for that day...friday?

if you have a day ticket for the park, enter it around 4:30 and then take your time to go to the stay and scream holding area.

if you do not have a day ticket, you need to wait in the line outside the gate and enter with the general admission people in line.

that wait line starts prior to 5:00 on some hhn nights.

you can not enter the park with just the hhn ticket, you would have to wait outside the park and be in line that will be opened at 6:30 pm.

you can buy the hhn tix and wait in the line out by the gate entrance.

you are going to the park on a sat and sun.
you want to go to hhn on a friday.

the website says:

Save up to $45 when you add Halloween Horror Nights to your regular daytime park ticket! (Does not have to be used on the same day)

Access to any one (1) Sun-Thurs Event Night -SAVE $451 $36.99 +tax
Access to any one (1) Fri Event Night -SAVE $301 $51.99 +tax
Access to any one (1) Sat Event Night -SAVE $151 $66.99 +tax

i am thinking that any friday night hhn ticket can be used for any friday during the event.

if you are buying day tickets for saturday and sunday, the add on ticket/s&s you buy would not be valid to use on a friday.

When you purchase the HHN ticket for the S & S discount, you do not have to use it the same night. However...if you aren't in the park by closing, you will not be allowed in until the event is opened to the general public at 6:30pm. Remember...you are not buying an actual S & S ticket. You are buying a regular HHN ticket at the S & S discount...nothing more.

what you said is what i started to post.

but, the prices for the S & S tickets have different prices for different days.

being that, i started to assume that a friday S & S ticket would be valid for all fridays.
maybe they are interchangeable for all dates. :confused3

be that as it may, i always buy the passes. (ROF with express for me this year.)

so much easier than trying to figure out the website prices.......

they are good for anyday....

In the past you could exchange the HHN ticket for another like night (non-peak for non-peak) if you couldn't go but we weren't talking about pricing. The price would be paid when the HHN ticket is purchased from Guest Services for whatever day is chosen.

You're right though...the ROF pass is good for all of the first ten nights and I think it's really going to cause an increase in the wait times but it's such a good deal for everyone...especially passholders and FL residents. We'll see on opening night.

you're right
that makes more sense.

i think it was the wording on the website that had me thinking that way.
