One more reason to get a kindle

About a year ago DH bought me a Kindle off of ebay.

On Tuesday my Kindle screen froze up.

I figured since we didn't buy it from Amazon I was out of luck.

Today my brand new Kindle arrived free of charge! I just have to send the broken one back.

If that isn't a reason to buy a kindle I do not know what is?

I am just shocked! They even loaded it up for me too and synced it to my account. It just blows my mind they did that.

I did NOT have to buy a warranty! They just did all that.

A friend of mine got a nook recently and I went with her to Best Buy to look at them. They were comparable. But this customer service puts it over the top.
