We are doing AK on 10/2 with dinner at Boma at 5:40 . We are staying at the POR . After dinner is my best bet to take the bus back to the TCC at MK then to the POR? Or is there a better way thanks!

Resort buses no longer go to the TTC. You can catch a bus from AK to DTD and the back to POR :thumbsup2

are you planning on going back to POR prior to eating? If you are I would suggest what the pp said about going to DTD and catching the bus to AK. If you aren't going back to POR then catch a bus straight to AKL from the AK.

Well, you have it right except it won't be "TTC "at MK, it will just be the MK resort bus lot. (Same idea, just not at TTC anymore, its near the MK gates).

The best route between resorts is "hubbing" through any open Theme-park (NOT at closing-time, however.)

If MK is closing about 7pm, don't go there, but bus to Epcot, then exit and find the bus to POR.

Previous responses about DTD are accurate, and will always work...
BUT the trip to "hub" at DTD also means a stop at Pleasure Island and can take longer than "hubbing" thru a theme-park.
We avoid "hubbing" via DTD unless all the theme-parks are closed or are AT/NEAR closing time.

Though if you go through DTD the boat ride back to POR is relaxing and almost like a ride in itself. Our whole reasoning at staying at POFQ or POR is the boat to and from DTD.

We never stay at PO but we DO like to ride the boat to/from DTD every trip.
(We take a bus to POR and ride the boat from there (and back).

But... although it is FUN, it is V E R Y S L O W, so make sure you have an extra 35-45 minutes, or so, to spare.

We followed your exact schedule...AK, then Boma, then back to POR. We went via a bus from AKL to DTD. We shopped a little and walked our dinner off (because with the early reservation it won't be so late), then took the boat back to POR when we were ready. No problems at all!

We also did the but to DTD and then the boat to POR. It worked out great and the boat is a relaxing way to end the evening.
