Hi,

How likely is it that WDW will rehab/shut down more rides in Nov?

We usually go in Oct. and everything's open. I know the water parks take turns going down for rehab but how about the big attractions in the 4 main parks?

Thanks!

I don't remember any big rides being closed, during the first week of November. I don't think Carousel of Progress or Timekeeper were open, but they are the only rides I think were closed. Oh, there are some type of boats, in the MK, that we're running...can't remember what they are called though.

It's impossible to tell this far out what attractions will be closed later this year, unless they have already been announced, like It's a Small World. You can check this site out for an unofficial calendar of closures: AllEarsNet Calendar
Most short-term rehabs are scheduled for September and January time frames.

We were there the middle of November last year and Big Thunder Mtn was closed. That's the only major attraction I can think of.

We went the first week in November last year, and COP was open! I think SMall World will be closed.

Is Big Thunder closed every Nov. or just happened to be last year? Yikes!

I just don't want to go in "slower" season and find alot of the big rides closed.

Actuallly, Big Thunder was also closed in Nov 2000. We have friends that have taken 2 trips: Nov 2000 & Nov 2003: they have never ridden Big Thunder!

We were also there in Nov 2000, and it's a shame it was closed because in Dec 2002 it my daughter's favourite ride!

Last week of Oct first week of Nov last year and Big Thunder was down. Also Blizzard Beach was closed.
