One More Disney Day - Canadian winners??

so has anybody heard of any Canadian winners for the OMDD contest??

I keep on telling hubby there must be an error with my email as I've not gotten any "you are a winner" emails

i have a theory on why only americans have won, and from what i've seen, mostly in the south..

it costs disney nothing to give up a hotel room and park admission, but it does cost them for flights, transfers etc. so it looks like a great pr move, while they micro-manage the contest

Interesting conspiracy theory. The people I've seen pop up as winners on the DLR boards I frequent are all Cali, Arizona, Nevada types. BUT. You get to choose which park you want to visit. So those people from the South could choose to go west for their vacation and West Coast winners could choose Florida, as I and others have advised them to do to get the maximum value out of their win.

There was actually at least one Canadian winner - but she is currently living in the U.S.

Well then, that sucks. I don't think any DVC members have won as well. Disney knows how to award prizes, just sayin'

Agreed.

Not that I'm not happy for her and she is definately still Canadian. But there were NO winners IN Canada. That really sucks!
