One member of party not coming ?

We leave on Feb 1 for a 7 night cruise and we originally booked our 19 month old to come, but now grandparents are keeping him for the week since he is in a really hard stage and sick and will make it so much harder. Im sure at this point we won't get his portion back but should we call to have him removed or not worry about it? It is frustrating wasting the $600 but it will save us nursery fees and sanity.

I wouldn't worry about it. When you check in you can tell them then. The port fees & taxes for your little one will be refunded. But I'd go ahead and cancel any nursery time you've booked.
