I've been craving it for the past 3 days Jana.
It's french fries with cheese curds covered in gravy. The cheese melts and you get this stringy mass of fries cheese and gravy when you fork it up. It's an acquired taste. Wasn't bad at the place I had it, but I've had much better.

Kevin,that sounds...interesting. I actually would try it. I love chilli fries with cheese so cheese and gravy wouldn't be a big stretch.
