We really only eat two meals per day at home, so that's all I'm planning for and we'll get snacks as needed in between. I tried to make each ADR make sense with the day's plans and the transportation that will be involved, but since our resort is still apt to change (booked at Dolphin, will change to a MK or Epcot area deluxe if a code comes out), I really only have the park planning to work with.

There were a few places I wanted to try that I just couldn't fit in (Kona, Spoodles, Narcoosees), but those will just have to wait for other trips. If the weather doesn't work for a pool day and we end up at a monorail resort, we might try to get Kona for lunch on the day we leave; if we're at an Epcot area resort and it is too cold to swim, we'll hit ESPN Club or Fresh. But if the weather cooperates, we'll just grab something quick so the kids can enjoy the pool.

How does it look? Good choices, good variety? Anything jump out at you as needing to be changed? Does it look like too much travel time, considering that we'll be using Disney transportation for everything?

I would look at December hours and try to eat in or near parks on their EMH nights. We went in Dec '06 and the evening EMHs were great!

Also, Artist Pointe at 5:30pm of your MVMCP night looks iffy to me. Let's say it takes an hour, then you've got travel time and waiting in line. Why not be in the park before the party (you can get in at 4pm)? I'd look into the Plaza, LTT, CP or Tony's for that night. That's just how I roll.

We do have a few meals planned to give us a chance to check out evening EMH at our favorite parks. We have our adults-only dinner at Shula's the night of Epcot EMH, dinnner at Le Cellier for the whole family on another Epcot EMH night, and dinner at the Cali Grill on a MK EMH night. I don't know that we'll actually take advantage of the EMH as a family, because DD5 probably won't have the stamina for that long of a day, but we're planning on some adult time exploring the World Showcase and I'm going to have a solo evening at MK one night if the family isn't up for more fun.

Artist Pointe is one of the sticky spots in my planning. I really want to try it because DH & DS love wild game, and we want to have some time to look around WL. My commando impulse is to be at MK as early as possible for the party and stay till it ends, but since we have 2.5 days at MK, I think we'll be okay getting to the party later, not worrying about rides, and catching the (less crowded, from what I've read) late parade and shows. We're actually figuring 1.5 - 2 hours for dinner, because I've read signature dinners tend to be longer, and then another half hour for the boat back to MK, which should get us to MVMCP in time to get through the gates and enjoy Holiday Wishes. On our last trip, we were at MK for MNNSHP at 5-ish and couldn't believe how the park cleared out after the fireworks, so this time, I think we're going to take it easy midday, have a leisurely dinner, and enjoy the later hours of the party.

Figure every bit of two hours for Artist pointe. It was a great meal, but not only took 2 hours, was about 30 minutes waiting to pay the check. We were headed to the Fort for movie, thought we had plenty of time, and were still late. Still a nice place!:)

Well, I'm hoping it doesn't take quite *that* long, especially the wait for the check :headache: , but even if it does I think I've planned in enough time, 4 hours from ADR time to MK fireworks. And if the place is even half as good as the reviews I've been reading and the pics I've seen, it'll be well worth it. Cedar plank salmon & icewine.... It doesn't get any better that that!
