One evening at DHS

We are heading down the last weekend of April specifically for the Flower & Garden Festival. Our initial plans were to just go to Epcot for one day, but now are debating on DHS on our arrival day. We arrive around noon on Saturday and are staying at the Dolphin so thinking realistically we could be there by 4-5. What are our chances of being able to ride: ROTR, Slinky Dog, Runaway Railroad and Toy Story Mania? Anything else would be a bonus. Can skip ToT and RnR is closed. Just trying to determine if it's worth the cost.

It could probably be done but would likely be a lot of time in line. Is there a possibility of purchasing Genie+ and stacking for your arrival? It would be less line time if you could successfully line up a couple of those during your time in the park. I would recommend reading the Everything Genie thread to learn about stacking G+.
