I will start by saying I do not recommend this plan of attack to anyone b/c my legs still don't work 3 days later...
I planned a weekend getaway to FL with college buddies for 2 days of golf and one day of parks. We were lucky to have a firend working for ESPN who got us one-day hoppers. We decided to hit all 4 parks in one day..EMH at MK through Illuminations at Epcot 8am to 9pm.
The idea hit a little snag when our flight down to Orlando Thursday night was delayed and we touched down in Orlando at 1:30 am. After getting the rental car and heading down to the hotel it was now 2:45...wake up at 6:30.
We got to the MK gate at 7:45 and did space mountain, buzz, stitch (worst ride I have ever been on at WDW, I would rather sit through the land), we then lined up at adventureland gate around 8:45. they opened the gate and one of my buddies tripped on wet pavement in our sprint to Splash...toofunny. Anyway we hit SPlash, thunder twice, haunted mansion and Mickey's philharmagic. it was now about 10:15 and we headed to MGM...bus to Swan, walk to MGM. We got in MGM around 10:40 and there was no serious wait. We got fastpasses for RNR and waited in a 10 minute line for TOT. Walked and did the muppets, star tours adn millionaire and then came back to RNR.
Around 12:15 we headed to AK and did Safari, tough to be a bug and dinosaur in about 1.5 hours and headed to the final destination of Epcot. ON the way to Epcot we went to ESPN zone for lunch and forsty beverage. At Epcot we hit Mission to Space (10 minute wait), test track, honey I shrunk the audience, tried to get onto soaring (it was cast member preview day and we tried to say our cast member friend let us in to the park (kind of true) and couldn't stay...didn't work.
We walked around teh countries and had a couple drinks but by 6:30 we were dead...I woudl guess close to 20+ miles of walking. We headed back to the hotel and hit the pool...
The rest of the weekend was taken up with 54 holes of golf which was great....
