We are going to be in Paris for a long weekend and planning on going to DisneyLand for a daytrip on the Monday 23rd July , No kids this trip :cool1:
what is your favourite and what is not to miss there, we have a hooper pass so will be going to see both parks
only been there once before in Cold Jan with not a lot of struff open

get there early, and go to the studios first to ride crush's coaster!
Big thunder mountain is always a must
pirates of the Caribbean (when we went last week the longest we waited for this was 2/3 mins!)
the tarzan show in frontierland

and of course there's dreams which is absolutely incredible! we saw it twice once just to the left of the castle, and one facing straight on. it's a million times better if you can get somewhere facing the front of the castle straight on.
what we did was watched fantillusion in fantasyland then followed the end of the parade around. by the time we got to the area around the castle, as the parade was finishing people were moving into the road, so there was plent of space for us to get right in the middle directly infront of the castle. just beware kids on shoulders. than can spoil things a bit.

Jackie, I hope you'll find it a bit warmer in July than it was in January! ::yes::

My favourites of the things that are unique to DLP are the Sleeping Beauty Gallery upstairs in the Castle and the resident dragon who lives below. In the Studios I love Cinemagique.

One thing not to miss is to look around for me and my 50th birthday badge... :lmao:
July 23rd is my bday and i will be there :goodvibes:goodvibes

Almost everything is a must do for me (that's why I try to go at least 3 days every time), but the shows and attractions I look forward more are:
- Tarzan (if it's up)
- Dreams (new entry)
- Big Thunder Mountains
- Phantom Manor
- Pirates of the Carribians
- Tower of Terror (at least twice!)
- Cinemagique

The only attraction I will never do again is Armageddon. Life's too short to do it again.

Big Thunder Mountain (do this first thing if you can)
Pirates Of The Caribbean
Peter Pan's Flight
Star Tours
Tower Of Terror
Crush's Coaster
Cars Stunt Show

Enjoy!

POTC is longer and better, then in any other Disney park. Don't miss that!
Have dinner at Walt's, it's one of the best restaurants on property and so beautiful decorated.

thanks everyone for the great ideas
