One day reservation, six day Tickets, and Fast Pass +

Can anyone tell me how this might work? We have a summer trip planned. The first night will be spent on property, after that we are renting a house.

We have personalized our bands on My Disney Experience. We will link our tickets (not A/Ps - just regular tickets). My question is, once our multiday tickets are linked to our bands will they continue to work for the number of days on the tickets? Will we be able to use the bands for entry to the park and will we be able to make Fast Pass Plus selections for the length of the tickets after we leave the Disney hotel and move to the house?

This question is for our friends who will be joining us for part of our trip. We have APs that are linked so we really want them to be able to make Fast Pass Plus selections ahead of time when we make ours so we can enjoy some rides together as this is their first trip.

Things are changing again today. Some off site guests are getting pre booking opportunities. By June you might have full access regardless of your situation.
