One day rental

We are renting a car for one day December 28,2011 to get around the day before our cruise.
The best price I've seen has been $100 bucks (with fees and taxes) for a large sedan.

Is this average for a one day rental? Way off?

Keep checking, but, this is during a very busy time, Christmas/New Year's week is crazy busy.
