We have a one day park hopper and will be staying at Royal Pacific Resort coming up in April. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with a one day park hopper with express pass? Any tips on experiencing as much as we can? We plan on taking advantage of early park admission. Any suggestions on which park to start off in?
Thanks!

I would have a general idea of what I wanted to ride. Do early entry whichever park that is, and then go from there hitting the things you want to do, then with any time left hit the things you missed first time around.

My group usually start off doing the things we are going to do together, then sometime around lunch, we split into two groups. The mild people and the thrill people with a plan to meet back up usually around the night time entertainment.

We always have supper outside the parks.

You get 2 days of Express Pass, the day of your stay and also the day you check out. So to make the most of it, get a 2 day park to park ticket.
We are staying 2 nights arriving very late the first night from 6 days at Disney. We have a one day park hopper as they are complimentary from hubbys work. Not even sure if we could add a day to complimentary tickets and pay the difference? Then the day we check out we have an afternoon flight back home.

Check the website. April should be up by now. They are none too quick about putting it up, it can change too, but at this point, I would think it was set because of scheduling employees.

Also, your hotel will know.
Thank you. I did look but only saw till end of March. I'll keep looking

Oh, too bad. I’m not sure, but usually in any park you can’t upgrade a comp ticket.

Enjoy, you will love Express Pass!:thumbsup2

My last 2 trips we only had 1 day at the parks and did not have Express Pass. Once was in May and once was in September. Express pass wasn't needed for most rides.

When planning, I made sure I got the park hours ( if they aren't up yet I would google the historical times and you can use that as a guide ). We got to the park about the time the gates opened both times.

Make a list of your must do's - you can also print maps of both parks to help plot out your day.

The 1st time we started in IOA and took the Hogwarts Express over to UO, this past year we did it the opposite and I think I preferred starting at UO and then ending at IOA.
