Hey everyone!
I am just looking at some advice for our one day at Disney coming up!
My wife will be 6 months pregnant. We will be in a group of 6. My wife and I have been to DL a few times, my brother and his GF will be there for the first time, and then we will be with a local couple who goes often. What are some tips for being there while being pregnant? How can I make this the best trip for my wife?
Any tips and help would be awesome! (I know that particular day will probably be pretty crazy crowd-wise)
Thanks!

Hydration, comfortable shoes, and good afternoon breaks can really make the trip comfortable while pregnant. If she's normally active and walking daily already that can make a difference in how you end up touring. When possible, sit in the shade and take advantage of attractions and shops with AC!

If you’re going on a hot day….a cooling towel and a sun umbrella will really help keep her comfortable.

I agree with the above poster about having a stamina level for walking before the trip. If she isn’t already walking, maybe start doing some after dinner walks.

A dining reservation would be really nice too. It makes for a great built-in break.

If standing and walking for a long time is going to be an issue, an idea would be to get a wheelchair. That way there's a place to put your stuff and you can push her around the park rather than have her walk all day. It also means that you can get return passes to rides on the Disneyland side and use the wheelchair viewing sections for some shows. She doesn't have to sit in it all day but at least having the option can make the day more comfortable.

Have her talk to her doctor about specific rides that she should/should not go on. My Dr was ok with Radiator Springs if I made sure I was in the seat with the shoulder belt and wore the seatbelt under the belly, also she ok'd the drop on Pirates etc ... Rides will have warnings for pregnant riders but some may be VERY conservative.
