One day is Disney. Best park for two young adults

Hello Everyone! My friend and I (Both in our 20's) are going to Disneyworld at the end of October and we are trying to decide what's the best park to go for a fun full day trip.

it depends on what kind of experience you want:
nostalgia, quintessential Disney = magic kingdom
exhilarating/new/scary rides = Hollywood studios
animals with a few good rides, great scenic lands = animal kingdom
not many rides, but food and lots to see, interesting shopping = epcot

my advice, if you haven’t been before magic kingdom, if you have been before but not recently Hollywood studios.

I would vote Magic Kingdom. For a pleasant, low key one day trip I think it would be the best bet. My second pick would be Epcot. Those both give the most room for random errors, late starts, etc. HS would actually be my last pick I think bc of you get started off on the wrong foot, you could be standing in long lines all day.

Magic Kingdom is classic, but Epcot really is nice for foodies cause you can visit the countries in World Showcase and try all the different food/drinks. Also, it’s Food and Wine Festival in October in Epcot and they set up all of the little food kiosks!

1a/1b Would be Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios to me. MK because of the Halloween decorations + Disney feel for a short trip, HS for more thrill rides/star wars etc. Just kind of depends what you're into. If you go the HS route just make sure you know about Rise of the Resistance boarding groups ahead of time.

2. Epcot, relaxing park and might be #1 if you're really not too into rides. I can't recommend it as #1 just because of all of the construction walls and the missing international cast members.

3. Animal Kingdom is fine it just closes too early and with part of the appeal being things you can do elsewhere (zoos) it wouldn't be my choice if I had one day in a park.

If you have never been to Disney - then MK for sure as its classic Disney.

Have you been before? If not, Magic Kingdom is where you should go for the quintessential Disney experience.
