We have one day to visit MK. Any insight if we should pick Monday the 6th of February or Thursday the 9th of February. Thanks for your help :)

I don't know if anything "extra" is going on for the 6th, but on the 9th, high school cheerleaders may be in the park. We were in Magic Kingdom on the exact same day last year and it was SO, SO crowded (it was Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022). We rode 4 rides the whole time, but park hopped around 5:00, so it may have gotten better that evening.

I'm not sure what, if anything is going on these next two weeks but I doubt it will matter much until president's day when crowds really tick up. As of now there's no real crowd difference between the 6th and 9th on a few calendars. I read years ago, and still see it, to try to avoid MK on Mondays since most guests arrive Sundays and kick off their trip with their first park day as MK.

If all other things are truly equal... The weather on 2/9 is a high of 84 and chance of PM thunderstorms, while 2/6 is 75 and mostly sunny!

Monday, always Monday. Even the Monday after the marathon was empty.
Thats the opposite of what I’ve read in many places ...always, always avoid MK on a Monday if possible since often families on vacation who have been at WDW during the weekend will also take Monday off...and so MK is exceptionally busy on Monday’s. I’ve read Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, even Wednesday’s, are much better
