One and DONE

I'm wondering if any of you have a one and done ride at Disney? This past Feb. my husband and I took our first no children trip to Disney, which meant he didn't have our son to ride all the wilder rides with. I like ToT, roller coasters in general and most other Disney ride and shows but had never done Mission Space. It is now my one and done ride. Glad to have rode it once (maybe) but never again. Thankfully I watched it on youtube first so I knew when it was almost over! I don't think I will ever even do the green side. So how about it, anybody else have a Disney ride that you rode once but have no interest in ever riding again?

Definitely Mission Space, I'm way too claustrophobic in it.

I'm in the minority, but Soarin' is one and done for me. I don't see the big deal and now with the FP+ tiers, we'll never ride it again since DS loves TT.

Another vote for Mission Space... not a fan...
And I ride the big rides everywhere.... just not a fan of Mission Space.

Stitch! Actually it's less than one an ddone.

Also: Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse, Aladdin Magic Carpets (not only is it unenjoyable in general, my dd got hurt disembarking that ride when she was 6).

There's lots that I like to ride just once each trip but have no desire to ride over and over on that same trip.

Mission Space, definitely. There are some things we don't do every trip, but Mission Space is one I won't do again at all. Made me feel a bit dizzy (and I don't get sick on rides) and wasn't really all that exciting to make it worth it.

Another vote for Mission Space. MAYBE the Green side if I ever feel up to it. I don't know if this counts, but I'll ride Soarin' once each time I go to Epcot, but I have no desire to ride it multiple times in one trip.

Space Mountain. The only way I'll ever ride it again will be if my son wants to give it a shot when he gets tall enough, but that's it.

I do have some issues with motion sickness, so there are a few rides I've never been on, but I don't feel like I'm missing out. However, I've never ridden either Tower of Terror or RNR because they look too scary to me. LOL. I don't like inversions on roller coasters, and I about had a heart attack on the Hulk roller coaster at IoA when we rode it during soft opening back in the 90s. I've heard that RNR is similar in style to Hulk, so I just say no to it. My daughter has been more than happy to defer to me, but if my son becomes a thrill rider I'm not sure what we're going to do with that one. My husband hates thrill rides (he even has some issues with Splash and has never been on BTMRR) so it would be all me. I'd probably cry if I chanced a ride on RNR. LOL.

Definitely agree about Mission: Space, orange side. But we love the green one sooo much!

Ellen's energy adventure. Very boring and actually felt a little mad because it seemed to be a commercial for big oil companies.

I've never done stitch or captain EO but avoiding them based on reputation.

I wouldn't go back to the country bears without a Rehab taking place. I would've said the drew Carey sound thing, but disney took care of that for me.

My husband was one-and-done on Mission Space. I did not try it. I suffer from motion sickness. This last trip, I took Dramamine to give TOT a try. One and done for me. We had 5 drops and I did not like the feeling -- being brought to a standing position each time in spite of a seat belt and feeling like I was violently tossed about. :(

Forgot to add we were one and done with Stitch. Like most, we just did not enjoy it at all.

I have a couple

Primeval whirl it hurt my back, and it should be called primaeval HURL:thumbsup2

Stich...what an abomination after the glory that was Alien Encounter

Speedway... I tried for years to my tell my DD she wasnt going to like it. I told her she could run faster than the cars move....

Mission Space... I have a serious problem with turbulence in airplanes,...I certainly don't need to recreate fake perilous turbulence on my vacation.

Stitch! :headache:

I will never try Mission Space so that doesn't even qualify as a one-and-done ride for me.

My "never agains"

Mission Space Orange -- one and done,.

Rock & Roller Coaster -- At first chickened out for a few years. Then tried it and did it several times over several years although just once per vacation. Then ca 2005 gave it up, it's just the starting acceleration that I don't like.

Sad to say that for me and DH, it is also Mission Space. Oddly enough, though, I love the Orange lift-off. Spinning is NOT my issue - it's the "erratic simulation" part that gets me. I need a "stay in hyper-sleep no-asteroid-dodging" (blue?) option...
I plan to try ToT again because it's so spectacular, but I also wish it had a wimp just-drop-me-once option ;)

Thats funny. ToT is my favorite ride at WDW. I wish it had an option of drop me all the way to the bottom, bring me back up, drop me all the way to the bottom bring me back up,, ect.... when I feel like I only get dropped like 10 feet I feel so gypped...

Astro orbiter, did it once just to say I did it. Done. It's such a long wait even on slow days for a carnival ride.

Hall of presidents. Saw it, barely stayed awake. Done.

Country bears. One and done.

Liberty boat. One and done.

Mission space. Love thrill rides but this was just boring.

Will never watch captain EO.

Speedway... I tried for years to my tell my DD she wasnt going to like it. I told her she could run faster than the cars move....
I forgot about this one, but I won't be riding it again either. The exhaust fumes were just overpowering and awful!
