One and Done Rides...

There's nothing my family is unanimous about and no one *hates* anything, so we do just about everything and the ones that are "meh" about it just suck it up!

Stitch has been a never do, because of such bad reviews and we always run out of time even without it.
Kali is a never go because it's not blazing hot when we go and momma doesn't want to walk around soaked!

For me personally, I avoid Star Tours, Soarin and Mission Space all due to motion sickness while but the rest of the family rides.

I've ridden Little Mermaid more than once, but would have been fine with just the first time. We were at DLR the day it opened and waited in line two hours to ride that and I remember thinking, "We waited months for construction, then two hours in line for THIS?"

Frankly I have never found a attraction at WDW that I would not ride/see again. There are a few we may not go on every trip, but we have never say never again!

AKK

For us it is Mission Space, Stitch and Kali. Not really DONE, just not on the must do list and usually don't get on them as there are plenty of other things to do.

My kids love them all so I am mostly stuck riding things again that I would normally...
-- The one I will NOT ride again is Mission Space Orange...can't handle it!

The ones I have no interest in riding again if it wasn't for my kids would be:
-- Primevil Whirl (too ruff and something I would ride at any small town carnival),
-- Test track (just not very interesting to me, but DH and DS lover designing the car),
-- Peter Pan (I like it, but definitely not worth the wait IMO so would hurt my feeling to be one and done)

Mission Space, Primevil Whirl and Kali River Rapids.

If alone with DS he knows, Mom ain't doing it.

There are others I don't like but will do if required.

Tower of Terror, Primeval Whirl and Soarin'......all of them make me feel like I'm going to die :scared1:

Nothing we absolutely wouldn't do again, but I don't care much for Mission Space. It didn't make me sick, it's just sort of blah for me. The green side is almost too mild, and I don't like the feeling like an elephant is sitting on my chest on the orange side. My youngest likes it a lot though, which means unless he rides it alone, it's not going to be a "done" for me.

None of us care about Soarin', so after we see the new updated movie, it's probably not one we'll worry about as far as FPs go. If we're over there and the line is short, maybe, but it's not one we'd actively seek out.

I think the only ride at WDW that we have done once and never done again is Astro Orbiter. (You did say except for Stitch, but we won't do that one again either!) It is slow-loading and no payoff--it's boring!

Epcot:
Easily Mission:Space.
1) Made me ill
2) It really wasn't that exciting even if I didn't get ill afterwards.

AK
Primeval Whirl - I don't like Mouse coasters and having one like you can find at your local fair in Disney World is just not appealing to me after the first time.

MK
I'd ride everything there many times. (Even Stitch!).

DHS
Considering there are only 5 rides in this park ... there is nothing that is one and done there. I could ride them all (except GMR) multiple times a day. To me it is easily the best park for multiple runs on rides.

Tower of Terror :scared1:
I won't be riding it again until my youngest is tall enough to try it. The things we do for our children :faint:, lol. My oldest son and I rode it once on our last trip. We both decided that it was a one and done for us. My husband sat it out.

Primevel Whirl - I don't have back issues but mine hurt after going on that one.
Sounds Dangerously - it was nice to sit in the AC but that's about it. It's closed so that's that.
Astro Orbitor
Circle of Life movie

It's a Small World in MK. I will ride it again in DL because the exterior is so iconic.

I thought ToT was going to be a one & done for me, but then my husband asked me to go on one more time with him and now I am hooked.

RnRC was a two and done for me. The first time I rode it, I hurt my neck. The second time I rode, I felt like I had to keep my head pressed back into the seat so it wouldn't get thrown around so much and it wasn't enjoyable.

RNRC at HS, it hurts my neck and makes me sick. If my son isn't with me, I don't ride TSMM, just don't need to. We've never been on Star Tours and probably never will, my son has PTSD so enclosed spaces aren't smart and we both get motion sick on virtual type rides.
SM at MK, again hurts my neck, I don't ride any of the kids rides but that is just because my son is grown and we aren't standing in line for them. If there isn't a line we'll ride. I don't ride Splash Mountain unless it raining, ain't gettin wet but I do love the theming. Not a fan of buzz lightyear but I will ride it if my son wants to, I can't ever figure out how to even hit anything on that.
I've never been on Mission Space and won't for the same reason we don't ride Star Tours, Ellen's Energy Adventure we stopped riding years ago, won't ride the little ride in Mexico for the same reason another poster doesn't, liked the old ride which actually gave you a peek into Mexico's culture. I don't ride Nemo, loved the old ride when you actually went through the living seas but hate the addition of the cartoon.
Don't even go into Dinoland at AK and stopped riding Dinosaur a few years back, again hurts my neck. Rarely do Bugs Life any more because the little stingers hurt my sons back (he has a weird back injury where he gets extreme back spasms). Don't do Kali River Rapids for the same reason I don't do Splash Mountain, we did do it once though.

Tower of Terror, glad I did it but I swore I was going to die. I am not a fan of drops.
Splash Mountain, when my youngest child was little he wanted to ride it over and over and over again, so we did. Our last family trip in 2014 we got stuck on it right before the drop and my entire family got freaked out so now it's off the list.
Mission Space, did it once and got sick, I don't see the appeal of it.

Kali River Rapids. I couldn't believe how short it was. And I didn't get any water splashed or dumped on me, which was disappointing.

And also TSMM. I just don't think it's that great.

I know you didn't want the "shows" included, but I'm going to anyway. And these are one and done in my mind, my kids maybe not so much ;)

At MK:

Tikki Room
Astro Orbiter
Tomorrowland Speedway
Tea Cups (I actually really enjoy those... it's just that my stomach is apparently not a big fan)

At AK:

The DinoLand carnival rides

At HS:

Nothing. Out of what we did, we'd do it all again.

At EP:

I honestly can't say. The only ride we did was TT and Mexico's boat ride. I'd do both again. (My kids however despised TT)
