One Afternoon Only

Hi!

DH and I are coming into Orlando the day before our Disney Cruise and we're staying at the MCO Hyatt. We've decided to spend the afternoon at MK (we arrive at like 11:30 AM). Should we take a taxi? About how much would it cost? Any other suggestions?

If I were going to spend the time at MK, I would just book that overnight at a value resort at WDW. Then, you can take DME to the resort, and back to the airport if that's where you're taking the DCL shuttle from.
But, a cab will probably run you about $50 each way.

I know what you're saying but we've already pre-paid the room at the Hyatt. I wasn't exactly sure that my husband would say yes to one afternoon at the MK. Plus, I was able to get an ADR at the Crystal Palace for a decent enough dining time. I guess we'll see how this works out.

Ahhh, well, no value resort for you then. Have you considered renting a car for the day??? It may very well be less expensive than a cab. But, you do have to add in parking fees.
